The Angela Theatre in Coaldale, known to be one of the most beautiful movie theatres in its heyday in the
50's & then abandoned for 15 years, has now become the ANGELA TRIPLEX THEATRE.

    The owner, Mike Danchak, has invested a lot of TLC & energy into the Angela Theatre, where he once
worked as a projectionist during the 60's.

    The Angela has now been completely refurbished with all new carpeting, electrical, plumbing, & heating;
everything it needed to make it the beautiful, modern theatre it is today.

    The two smaller auditoriums accommodate 101 patrons each with stereo front & surround sound. The large auditorium has the original stage, glass blocks that light up with color, a giant 30 foot wide curved screen, Dolby full stereo sound, and curved stadium-style seating. The large auditorium can comfortably accommodate 240 patrons in comfortable seating with rows spaced with rows spaced for plenty of leg room.

    Ask anyone who has been to the Angela and they'll tell you it's a first class theatre with ticket & snack prices that are affordable.

    Come join us for an enjoyable, entertaining experience at the new ANGELA TRIPLEX THEATRE in Coaldale!!

    Also visit us at the Mahoning Drive-In Theatre Route 443, Lehighton. We're doing our best to keep this landmark drive-in theatre open. We have the biggest screen in the area- 120' wide; AM & FM stereo sound. And a snack bar with a full menu that gets bigger & better every season.
